Especially Vested came back to the Midwest this January.
We purchased Especially Vested to breed to our mares for Hunt Seat horses and All; Arounders. We have several of his foals who have turned out to be wonderful show horses and we look forward to breeding him to our daughters of Natural Iron and our 17 h TB brood mares. He produces a long beautiful trot, natural lead change and horses who excel in Western Pleasure, Trail, Western riding, Hunter over Fences, Driving, Hunter Under Saddle, Eq, Cattle work and just plain trail riding. These are low maintenance horses. Our horse A A Special Dee Sock ( Sam) is a remarkable horse who qualified in 8 events for the 2009 World Show and was high point Amateur AND Open horse for WQHA, ILQHA, BQHA and LLQHA. What a wonderful year! I will start showing Sweet Chili Bean, a 4 yr old mare by Especially Vested in 2010 and she will be coming out as an all arounder both Western and Hunt Seat. Another EV mare, A Star Like Socks will be shown in 2010 by 11 yr old Savanah Hauer and they will be trying for Rookie of the Year- Good luck to Savanah and Angie. They paired up late last year and did well in WP, Showmanship, Trail, Eq, and HUS, in the walk/trot division. Especially Vested is a superior WP horse and was shown extensively by Ken and Marcia Freeman of IL. We've ridden him but his show days are over and now he can just produce babies who will go out and continue to make a name for him. Shipped semen is offered and we have prospects sired by him. What nice horses to work with. |
